Terms of Service

xSIM · Last updated 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of xSIM — the app, the web dialer at xsim.net and the related services (the “Service”) — provided by ZEUST LIMITED, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE 362856), referred to below as “ZEUST”, “we” or “us”. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

In short: you rent real phone numbers by subscription and pay for outgoing calls and texts from a prepaid wallet. Use the Service lawfully, keep your account safe, and don't use it for spam, fraud or emergency calls. You can cancel any time.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You sign in with a Google or Apple account; you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through your xSIM account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise.

2. The Service

xSIM provides virtual phone numbers in the countries shown in the app, with inbound and outbound calling and SMS carried over the internet. Numbers are supplied by licensed carriers and remain the property of the carrier; you receive a right to use a number for as long as its subscription is active. Availability of numbers, countries, area codes and SMS capability varies and may change.

No emergency calling. xSIM does not support calls to emergency services (such as 911, 999, 112) and must not be relied on for them. Use a mobile or landline for emergencies.

Call and message delivery depends on your internet connection and on third-party networks; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that every service (banks, messaging apps, marketplaces) will accept a virtual number for verification.

3. Prices and payment

  • Numbers are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions at the price shown before you subscribe. They renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices may differ by country and number.
  • Calls and texts are paid from your prepaid wallet at the per-minute and per-message rates shown in the app. Incoming calls and texts are free. Rates may change; the current rate is shown before you dial or send.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay) or the app store. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Receipts are sent by email.
  • Wallet credit is not transferable outside the Service and has no cash value, except as required by law. Credit is valid while your account is active.

4. Cancellation, refunds and number release

You can stop a number's renewal at any time from the number's page; it stays active until the end of the paid period and is then released. You can also release a number immediately. Released numbers return to the carrier pool and may be given to another customer; we may hold a released number briefly so that you can recover it through support, but we cannot guarantee it.

Subscription fees for the current period and used wallet credit are not refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of a first purchase and have not used the number, contact support and we will credit the amount to your wallet. Refunds to a card are not offered except where required by law. You may also have statutory rights in your country of residence, which these terms do not limit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send spam, unsolicited marketing, robocalls, or bulk messages, or to operate call centres or automated dialling without our written consent;
  • commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, identity theft, harassment, threats, or any illegal activity;
  • impersonate another person or organisation, or spoof caller identity;
  • bypass verification or security systems of third parties in breach of their terms;
  • resell the Service, or share a number or account with others as a commercial offering;
  • generate artificially inflated traffic, or route traffic in a way that abuses carrier interconnections;
  • interfere with the Service, probe or attack our systems, or reverse-engineer the app.

We may apply fair-use limits to calling and messaging to protect the network. We may suspend or terminate an account, or release a number, without refund where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken or where a carrier or authority requires it.

6. Your content

You own the messages you send and receive. You grant us the right to store, transmit and process them only as needed to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you send.

7. Legal requests and compliance

As a telecommunications provider we keep records required by law and respond to lawful requests from courts and authorities, as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information if we are required to verify your identity for regulatory reasons; failure to do so may result in suspension.

8. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may change features, prices and these terms. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice in the app or by email; price changes apply from your next renewal. If you don't agree, stop the renewal before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time (see Delete account). Closing the account releases all numbers and forfeits remaining wallet credit. We may terminate accounts that are inactive for 12 months after notice by email.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or losses caused by third-party networks, your internet connection, or your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
